Senior Specialist, Account Management
Cardinal Health
• Oversee assigned Medical Products and Distribution customer(s) as it pertains to supply chain health and general service needs • Bridge relationships between the customer’s supply chain team and internal Cardinal Health teams to ensure flawless service • Support customer expectations and requirements through proactive account reviews, and regular engagement and review of key initiatives • Prevent order disruption to customer through activities such as: elimination of potential inventory issues, substitution maintenance, core list review, and product standardization and conversions • Resolve open order issues by reviewing open order and exception reports, analyzing trends, and partnering with customer to take alternative actions as needed • Advocate for customer and partner across Cardinal Health servicing teams to bring rapid and effective resolution to customer’s issues, requests and initiatives • Track, measure, and report key performance indicators monthly • Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with customer to support retention and growth of the account
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 2-4 years of customer management experience, preferred
- Strong communication skills, preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook), preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, preferred
- Highly motivated, creative, able to operate effectively within a team, preferred
