• Own and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, driving revenue, margin, and market share • Develop strong, multi-level relationships to enable cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Set and deliver account targets aligned with business strategy, supported by regular performance analysis • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning • Build reliable customer forecasts and integrate demand insights into internal planning processes • Proactively manage customer service issues and implement sustainable solutions • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders in a complex, matrix environment • Manage sales projects and ensure accurate use of commercial systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales experience within the packaging industry, with a strong commercial track record
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to make sound business decisions in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across cultures and seniority levels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Degree educated or equivalent; proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English and German required; Czech language skills highly desirable; additional European languages an advantage

In this role, you will manage an ongoing book of business, serving as the strategic partner to GoTab customers after onboarding is complete. You will be responsible for regular check-ins, account reviews, upsell opportunities, and ensuring customers continue to see value from GoTab’s platform.
