• Develop and execute the analytics strategy for the People Relations & Enablement function • Define, measure, and monitor key metrics that support enterprise decision-making and risk mitigation • Design and deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide actionable insights • Analyze people-related data to identify trends, emerging issues, organizational hotspots, and systemic risks • Translate complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders • Provide insight-driven guidance that helps leaders understand root causes and make informed decisions • Partner with Technology, Workforce Analytics, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and confidentiality • Establish data definitions, reporting standards, and governance processes that promote consistency and transparency • Support automation initiatives and real-time reporting capabilities that enhance operational effectiveness • Measure the impact of investigations, training initiatives, policy implementation, and resolution strategies • Identify opportunities for early intervention and prevention by leveraging analytics to reduce recurring issues • Create feedback loops that inform policy development, training strategies, and continuous improvement efforts • Advance a proactive, data-informed People Relations & Enablement operating model focused on organizational health and trust.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in People Relations, Workforce Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Partnering, or related advisory functions
- Experience developing and interpreting workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and identify meaningful patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to balance enterprise priorities and operational needs
- Strong judgment, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with sensitive and confidential employee-related information
- Ability to navigate ambiguity while driving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Role Description Pharmacist - Data Analytics LOCATION: This is a virtual eligible role. You must be within a reasonable distance of a PulsePoint. HOURS: General business hours, Monday through Friday, local time. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: - Researches and synthesizes detailed clinical data related to pharmaceuticals. - Prepares and presents therapeutic class reviews and drug monograph information to the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. - May review and approve or deny coverage for pharmaceuticals based on medical necessity criteria, and coordinates with internal stakeholders or health plan medical directors as needed. - Serves as a clinical resource to other pharmacists on areas such as prospective, inpatient and retrospective DURs and provides dosage conversion and clinical support for therapeutic interventions. - Prepares information for network physicians.
