Lead Data Analyst

• Lead a team of data analysts in the migration, cleansing, and integration of data from multiple legacy systems • Develop and implement data quality standards and processes • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity throughout the ERP implementation • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders • Lead and mentor team members and provide technical guidance
Job Requirements
- Secret security clearance or US citizen with ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance upon hire
- 12+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in government or defense sectors
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with large-scale data migration projects
- Familiarity with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field
- Project management expertise for planning, executing, and completing large scale projects across various stakeholder groups and teams
