• Provide Privileged Access Management (CyberArk, and HashiCorp) engineering and vaulting support • Collaborate with teams globally to resolve issues and drive projects • Own the design and implementation of existing or new technologies • Provide technical guidance to staff • Manage continuous process improvement based on customer feedback • Support reliable production environments, including participating in an on-call rotation • Design, prototype and implement features and tools • Lead and execute large-scale projects • Evaluate project tradeoffs and propose solutions • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to design solutions

• Evaluate and review all prior authorization requests and render coverage determinations based on clinical criteria and plan design • Collaborate with the technicians and prior authorization team members to process referrals • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of drug and disease states for the Specialty and Non-Specialty Pharmacy programs • Provide on-call after hours availability for urgent Prior Authorization requests

• Assess and research vehicle values using multiple valuation methods • Review and analyze documents from internal and external sources related to the vehicle assessment process • Adhere to and maintain departmental standards and/or KPIs • Provide superior customer service to policyholders and ensure timely and fair claim settlements • Other duties as required
