Workday Talent Solutions Specialist
Marathon Health
• Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Talent modules • Configure, test, implement, and maintain Workday Talent functionality, including Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and future Talent capabilities • Continuously optimize Workday Talent functionality to improve user experience, efficiency, reporting, and adoption • Review Workday feature releases and evaluate impacts to Talent functionality • Enable enterprise talent programs through Workday configuration, automation, workflows, reporting, and system design • Develop reporting solutions that provide leaders and stakeholders with meaningful workforce insights • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve Talent processes through Workday functionality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
- A minimum of four years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Talent modules or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent functionality, not solely end-user support
- Experience supporting Workday business process configuration and testing
- Current Workday Talent Certification is highly preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
