• Serve as primary contact for assigned practices • Support Altais IT with the successful implementation, adoption, & long-term use of tools • Lead Informatics/optimization/proficiency efforts • Identify opportunities & lead internal projects • Collect and analyze data on operational needs

• Define and execute on GTM strategy for AI security solutions • Focus on accelerating customer adoption of solutions for securing AI applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline generation • Support development and execution of strategies to identify, qualify, and convert customers • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key segments • Lead customer-facing activities, including presentations and demonstrations • Engage in technical conversations regarding AI security challenges and solutions • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and engineering teams • Educate customers on generative AI and position PANW for securing AI projects.

• Drives sales in assigned territory • Engages with customers both face to face and virtually • Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans • Effectively builds rapport and relationships with customers • Uses judgment to maintain customer engagement • Understands and leverages internal reports and analytics to assist with identifying, developing, and implementing strategic business opportunities • Compliantly leverages product and disease state knowledge • Demonstrates strong teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively across the organization

• Set up and calibrate Non-destructive (NDT) testing equipment • Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection • Establish techniques for proper examination of object under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations • Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results • Organize and report test results • Perform specialized inspections • May instruct and supervise others (subcontractors) • Responsible for technical leadership and mentoring of the NDT staff • Interface daily with the client about work priorities and provide daily progress reporting • Actively participate in client programs, planning and strategy sessions • Provide detailed explanations on NDT techniques and explain results to non-NDT oriented personnel in a simple manner • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel will be required • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as assigned and required by field projects
