Role Description We are seeking a Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations by partnering with internal customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to onboard new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records. You will help drive compliance and operational excellence by creating and managing organized Supplier Business Certification packages that ensure document traceability and adherence to FAR, DFAR, and internal policies and procedures. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by resolving SCM-related exceptions, improving data accuracy, coordinating directly with suppliers, and helping ensure the timely processing of receipts and vouchers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive, with a passion for process improvement and delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. - Create and maintain vendor records in Oracle, PeopleSoft, and SAP systems. - Review Annual Business Certification forms to ensure supplier compliance with FAR, DFARS, and internal policies and procedures. - Prepare and maintain Supplier Business Certification packages to support document traceability and data accuracy. - Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier record issues, including tax ID, banking, and name changes. - Support internal and external audits, including system reconciliations and documentation review. - Provide RNI/INR support by resolving receipt, voucher, matching, and RTV exceptions. - Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues, prevent credit holds, and ensure timely payment processing. - Submit and manage GBS tickets for supplier, invoice, and system-related issues. - Maintain organized electronic files and documentation to ensure record integrity and traceability. - Support continuous improvement and special projects through data collection, analysis, and process support. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant supply chain experience. - Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related supply chain experience. - In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related supply chain experience. - 4+ years of experience with PeopleSoft. Requirements - In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $73,000.00 MIN - $135,000.00 MAX. - The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $63,500.00- $117,500.00. - This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. • Own complex incident investigations end-to-end, from detection to containment and remediation. • Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews. • Continuously hunt for anomalies and threats across on-prem and cloud environments using threat intelligence, analytics, and behavioral patterns. • Monitor global threat actor activity, transform raw intel into actionable defense strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to harden security posture of OutSystems. • Work with engineering and DevSecOps teams to improve detection coverage, enrich SIEM use cases, and automate response processes. • Develop, optimize, and maintain incident response and threat hunting playbooks, ensuring operational excellence and consistency. • Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and contribute to capability building for detection, response, and threat modeling.

• Provide support to the MARAD Information Assurance Program for operations, business and administrative in support of the System Authorization Process and deliverables. • Direct involvement with MARAD Program Office and the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) on cybersecurity and authority to operate (ATO) matters. • Manage MARAD’s Information System’s core documentation, in accordance with each phase of the system engineering process / System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Support creation/update of FIPS 199 Security Categorization document; ensure information type(s) and special considerations (if applicable) are defined. • Support creation/update security control selection listing. • Support creation/update System Security Plan (SSP). • Assist in security incident response, risk mitigation, and compliance reporting.

• Synthesize and formulate guidance from a variety of information levels and sources (technical, business, field, external) and regularly present key takeaways to the field and to senior leadership • Provide a field-actionable, in-depth and ever-evolving understanding and analysis of cloud security market relative to CrowdStrike solutions and capabilities • Provide tailored deal support (competitive surgeries & guidance), and develop a deep rapport with the field • Work closely with the rest of the Competitive Intelligence team at CrowdStrike, as well as other key stakeholders (including the office of the CTO, sales, product, and marketing teams), functioning as a primary liaison for cloud security competition which includes development of competitive support material and competitive readiness plans. • Make recommendations on sales tactics and product strategy to enable CrowdStrike to win in the market. • Be a self-starter with an ownership mentality. You will work autonomously in the development of project plans, requirements, timelines, content, and ongoing tracking/updates of the cloud competitive landscape. • Conduct win/loss analysis, using both quantitative and qualitative data source to determine why CrowdStrike wins and loses vs the competition.
