Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in software development. - Fluency in C++ 20/23. - Strong, demonstrable understanding of operating system internals. - Experience in OS-level software development and research on Windows and/or macOS. - Proven experience leading a feature end-to-end, from product requirements to delivered solution. - Understanding of the concepts of pure, lean, and well-testable code. - Ability to navigate and debug complex code. - Ability to build tools that support the development process. - Proficiency or hands-on experience with AI agentic coding tools. - A product-oriented mindset and comfort working in a dynamic environment. - Clear, concise communication in English.
