Senior Performance Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute the entire performance marketing vision, strategy, roadmap, and initiatives for Meta • Execute and iterate on effective performance marketing across Meta • Analyze and report on campaign and creative performance across Meta • Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize advertising tactics, copy, content, and landing page performance • Support effective attribution, market match testing, and more to ensure data accuracy • Maintain strong knowledge of our target customer, healthcare, digital marketing, and competitive trends • Collaborate to optimize landing page and funnel performance for leads sourced from Meta

Job Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience owning Meta performance growth strategies and tactics, including ad calendars, running large paid social accounts across campaign planning, execution, management, and optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise in deriving actionable insights and visualizing data using platforms such as Tableau and Amplitude
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • Refined understanding of A/B test practices; ability to connect product data and marketing data
  • Advanced Meta tooling experience
