Role Description Als Founders Associate Intern arbeitest du direkt an der Seite unserer Gründer. Du bist kein klassischer Praktikant, der nur zuschaut – du bist vom ersten Tag an voll involviert, trägst Eigenverantwortung und gestaltest die Zukunft von Project Bay aktiv mit. - Strategisches Wachstum: Du analysierst neue Märkte und Standorte in Europa und lieferst die Entscheidungsgrundlage für unsere Expansion. - Business Development & Sales: Du unterstützt uns dabei, neue B2B-Kunden und Partner zu gewinnen, bereitest Termine vor und begleitest die Gründer in strategischen Meetings. - Investor Relations & Fundraising: Du hilfst bei der Erstellung von professionellen Präsentationen (Pitch Decks) und Reports für Investoren und Partner. - Prozessoptimierung: Du spürst Ineffizienzen in unseren täglichen Abläufen auf, testest neue (AI-)Tools und hilfst uns, als Organisation smarter zu skalieren. Qualifications - Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Tourismusmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang (Fortgeschrittener Bachelor oder Master) – oder bist ein ambitionierter Quereinsteiger mit Gründer-Gen. - Du hast eine extreme „Get-things-done“-Mentalität: Wenn du vor einem Problem stehst, suchst du eigenständig nach einer Lösung. - Du bist analytisch stark, liebst es, mit Daten zu arbeiten (Excel/Google Sheets), und hast ein Auge für exzellentes Design in Präsentationen. - Du kommunizierst absolut sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift). - Optimalerweise konntest du schon erste Erfahrungen in einem Startup, einer Beratung oder im Projektmanagement sammeln.
