• Help the founder stay clear, prepared and focused. • Manage the founder’s diary, schedule, priorities and time. • Own inbox management, triaging messages, and drafting responses. • Track open loops across clients, projects, events, suppliers, and follow-ups. • Ensure the founder has the right information ahead of meetings, calls, and events. • Support team follow-up and internal coordination, ensuring actions are followed up on. • Plan and coordinate the founder’s travel, events, and in-person moments. • Support the founder’s external presence, especially on LinkedIn. • Improve the efficiency of the founder and business by creating better systems and processes. • Support the founder’s personal logistics with discretion and good judgement.
