• Analyze insurance portfolio performance including policy growth, adoption trends, churn, and conversions. • Research and analyze competitor products and filings. • Evaluate catastrophe exposure and projected impact. • Analyze claims and loss data trends. • Develop recommendations for product, pricing, and underwriting improvements. • Pull and synthesize data from multiple systems. • Create reporting tools, dashboards, and ROI calculators. • Support development of policy language, pricing, and underwriting guidelines. • Improve data capture and reporting processes. • Prepare clear and actionable reports for leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
- Insurance industry experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational ability.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Captive Insurance Knowledge is a plus.
