Role Description The Producer is the key owner and liaison for all functional areas of project management and engages on projects through content planning, content creation, author management/relations, production, rights and permissions, customer acceptance, and content archiving. The Content Producer executes on the delivery of all assigned program components and project tasks over the entire program lifecycle (initiate, plan, build, execute, control, release). The Producer is accountable to deliver high quality, commercially successful print and/or digital programs on time and within budget. High Level Responsibilities: - Manage the execution of content development and production plans for Math, Statistics, Engineering, and Computer Science titles (both print and digital). - Manage a select number of print and digital projects, which may range from low to high in complexity, including: - Printed textbooks, covers, and supplements - Ebooks developed in Pearson’s Bronte/CITE toolset - Digital supplements (e.g. PowerPoint lecture slides, HTML animations) - Digital-first products, such as REVEL or MyLab online courses - Manage author relationships and hire/manage other content creators. - Manage multiple vendors and subject matter experts, providing feedback as necessary. - Monitor rights and permissions and work with content providers to remediate rights issues and resolve editorial questions during content creation and production. - Proactively utilize and apply knowledge of editorial process, print/digital product workflows, and production processes, ensuring adherence to Pearson standards & requirements. - Ensure that appropriate content structure, enrichment standards, and accessibility standards are applied consistently throughout the content development and production process. - Communicate project status and dependencies to appropriate team members, including the Managing Producer or Director. - Work with other parts of the organization as necessary to ensure support in attaining output, quality, and productivity. • Provide dedicated project management coordination for critical infrastructure and science deployment initiatives (e.g., server maintenance and cloud migration programmes). • Monitor project timelines, maintain delivery logs, track action items, and flag schedule risks. • Coordinate the logistics for the end-to-end temporary and vendor hiring pipeline. • Support managers in drafting Job Descriptions using templates, prepare documentation for headcount approval requests, and proactively follow up with HR, Finance, and recruitment stakeholders to keep candidate pipelines moving. • Own the logistics for candidate scheduling, gather interviewer availability, and build out interview panels. • Help coordinate new hire onboarding logistics, including hardware provisioning and access requests. • Coordinate and schedule high-level project meetings, prepare clear agendas, document service ownership transitions, and meticulously follow up on post-meeting action items with international stakeholders. • Support the programme delivery teams in navigating internal approval workflows, tracking required compliance updates, and assisting with communications with Legal regarding resource usage or terms updates. • Record, categorise, and process user feedback, feature requests, and operational logs to support ongoing deployment improvements.

Role Description The Senior Project Manager plans, directs, coordinates, and delivers activities for designated clinical study projects to ensure that project objectives of quality, scope, cost, and time are accomplished. - Serve as primary point-of-contact and primary escalation point to the client. - Coordinate and oversee all functional services including external vendors to the established timeline and budget. - Manage the study budget, ensuring project remains within scope and that any out of scope activities are identified early and handled as appropriate. - Independently drive the CO to completion and execution with support as needed. - Maintain integrated collaboration with clinical operations in the delivery and participate in clinical activities as appropriate. - For projects of very limited scope, Sr. PM may assume all clinical activities. - Manage the financial health of assigned studies, including oversight of project profitability, billable project hours, and compliance with on-time, accurate billing and forecasting. - Develop robust and comprehensive project plans, including timelines and proactive risk management and mitigation. - Ensure quality management for assigned projects, including eTMF Inspection readiness and implementation of quality notification incident forms. - Maintain integrated collaboration with all functional operations in the delivery of the program. - Establish tracking metrics to monitor trial and team progress towards project goals. - Prepare project status updates and report on progress to clients and senior management. - Lead both internal and client meetings and set expectations for the project team. - Communicate effectively with client and Precision management to relay protocol/study issues. - Conduct formal presentations to a wide variety of audiences including colleagues, investigative staff, and clients. - Ensure study specific training is implemented in collaboration with functional areas. - Support business development and marketing activities as appropriate. - Perform other duties as assigned by management. - Remain compliant with organizational training, time-reporting, and any other administrative duties. - Provide ongoing feedback for functional team members including annual performance reviews.
