Responsibilities include: - Provide Planning & Scheduling support to assigned programs, principally to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet program objectives. - Perform schedule analysis and create weekly/monthly reports for Program Management Meetings (PMMs) and other forums. - Perform schedule risk analysis, including Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), Critical Path Analysis, schedule variance assessments, and predictive performance analysis. - Participate in program Risk & Opportunity and Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) processes as needed by your program. - Ensure accurate and timely submission of all customer program schedule deliverables. - Prepare or update reports for internal stakeholders, leadership and external customers. Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Requires a bachelor's degree in operations, Technical field of study, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar applicable discipline; or equivalent experience. - Requires four (4) years of planning/scheduling experience in a DoD environment; or a master's degree and three (3) years of related experience. - Prior experience in developing program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program baselines and proposals in accordance with the program Statement of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and program requirements. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with Microsoft Project.
