• Ensure the quality, organization and reliability of the data used by Marketing and Sales. • Administer and evolve the CRM, automations, integrations and tools that support the revenue operation, including migration, implementation and governance projects. • Map, document and improve processes throughout the customer journey, from demand generation to retention and expansion. • Build dashboards, reports and analyses that support leadership decision-making. • Identify conversion, productivity, activation and retention bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions. • Support the definition, monitoring and evolution of key Sales & Marketing metrics. • Create automations that reduce operational tasks and increase team efficiency. • Develop commercial prioritization models, deal distribution logic and lead scoring. • Connect marketing, sales, product and customer experience data to generate more comprehensive business analyses. • Explore practical applications of AI to increase productivity, automate processes and improve the quality of analyses.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or Marketing Ops.
- Previous experience with HubSpot: configuring pipelines, workflows, custom properties and reports.
- Experience with automations and tools such as Zapier/Make/n8n/Claude.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or BigQuery).
- Proficiency in Data Visualization tools (Looker Studio or similar).
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets or similar.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Strong organization, clear communication skills and an investigative, analytical profile.
- It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in SaaS or B2B companies.
- Knowledge of metrics such as CAC, conversion, activation, churn, retention and recurring revenue.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or project management tools such as Notion.
- Experience with CRM migration, implementation or restructuring projects.
- Experience with channel attribution and customer acquisition analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to operations, productivity or decision-making.

Role Description We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help enable our commercial team through a period of significant change combined with fantastic growth: embedding AI into how we plan, sell and retain, while raising the efficiency bar set by our leadership and investors. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that Ripjar builds, enables and governs best-in-class revenue processes across marketing, sales and customer success. You will own the operational systems that turn our growth strategy into measurable execution: the data, technology, processes, disciplines, and increasingly the AI agents that work alongside our commercial team. This is a senior, high-visibility individual contributor role, partnering directly with the executive team and acting as the bridge between commercial leadership and the board's view of revenue performance. Key Responsibilities - Revenue planning: Own the annual planning cycle end-to-end, including capacity, territories, quotas and compensation, and align this with the wider commercial plan across Marketing and Customer Success. - AI orchestration and commercial transformation: Lead the design, deployment and governance of AI workflows and agents across the commercial team and within RevOps's own operations. Run a continuous cycle of evaluating, piloting, scaling and retiring tools, and prove the business impact of each. - Change management: Lead the change programme that lands new processes, tools and AI workflows across the commercial team, including communication, training, adoption metrics and reinforcement. - Data, systems and tech stack: Own the commercial data model, governance and quality standards that make our reporting trustworthy and our AI agents reliable.
