• Conduzir estudos quantitativos de negócio de forma autônoma, desde a formulação de hipóteses até a extração de dados, modelagem e geração de recomendações estratégicas; • Identificar oportunidades de crescimento no canal App por meio de análises estatísticas — correlações, segmentação de clientes, análise de propensão e modelos de regressão aplicados a comportamento de contratação; • Acompanhar os indicadores de performance do canal digital (funil de conversão, ticket médio, volume de contratos), diagnosticando desvios e propondo ações corretivas com embasamento em dados; • Contribuir na concepção de novas funcionalidades e jornadas, atuando como ponte entre negócio e tecnologia com visão orientada a dados; • Construir e manter dashboards analíticos em Power BI ou ferramentas similares, garantindo visibilidade dos KPIs para a liderança; • Agir proativamente na identificação e remoção de obstáculos ao desempenho da equipe, trazendo dados como base para a tomada de decisão.
Job Requirements
- Superior completo em Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia, Ciência de Dados, Física ou áreas correlatas com forte base quantitativa;
- Experiência com análise estatística aplicada a negócio: correlação, regressão, testes de hipótese e significância estatística;
- Capacidade de extrair, processar e analisar dados de forma autônoma, sem dependência de time de dados dedicado;
- Domínio de SQL para consultas analíticas (incluindo joins complexos, agregações e subqueries);
- Conhecimento em Power BI e Excel avançado (modelagem de dados, DAX, tabelas dinâmicas, análises estatísticas);
- Experiência prévia em setor financeiro ou bancário, com compreensão de produtos de crédito, canais digitais ou comportamento do cliente em apps.
- Vai se destacar se apresentar:
- Experiência com Python ou R para análise de dados e modelagem estatística;
- Conhecimento em Snowflake, BigQuery ou outro data warehouse moderno;
- Vivência com testes A/B — incluindo definição de significância estatística, tamanho de amostra e interpretação dos resultados;
- Atuação prévia com canais digitais de crédito consignado ou produtos bancários similares;
- Experiência com modelos de clusterização, propensão ou segmentação de clientes.

Role Description Huge is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support cross-functional analysis efforts across high-impact digital initiatives, with a heavy focus on web, logged-in app, and native mobile tracks. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for driving clarity, quality, and consistency in requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals, capabilities, and delivery execution. This role partners closely with the Senior Product Manager and Technology Director to act as the internal product owner, while collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements. The Senior BA acts as a trusted, client-facing advisor, applying strong analytical rigor and Agile best practices to shape solution direction and ensure measurable outcomes. A successful candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, deep mobile ecosystem expertise, confidence operating in ambiguity, and the ability to simplify complex systems and decisions. This individual can operate independently on large, complex initiatives while maintaining strong client alignment and delivery momentum.
