• Map and analyze the user journey in detail (logged-in sections, logged-out sections, and apps), proposing improvements to the customer journey and conversion. • Connect digital metrics to strategic business indicators (campaign ROI, churn, and lifetime value). • Develop, test, and maintain reports and dashboards integrating analytics, marketing, CRM, and media data. • Build highly complex real-time dashboards integrating behavioral data with internal corporate data sources. • Conduct periodic benchmarks against market practices to identify opportunities and gaps in the digital product.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in Digital Analytics focused on e‑commerce conversion, digital products, or acquisition channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for modeling, joining, and cleaning complex datasets in BigQuery / GCP environments.
  • Proficiency in advanced Looker Studio or Power BI (DAX formulas, table relationships, and load performance).
  • Analytical and consultative mindset with strong data storytelling skills (translating raw data into business narratives).

Role Description Huge is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support cross-functional analysis efforts across high-impact digital initiatives, with a heavy focus on web, logged-in app, and native mobile tracks. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for driving clarity, quality, and consistency in requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals, capabilities, and delivery execution. This role partners closely with the Senior Product Manager and Technology Director to act as the internal product owner, while collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
