• Support and fulfill requests from the IT Architecture Service Catalog; • Provide technical consulting to support business areas and technology teams; • Prepare technical and budgetary estimates for initiatives and projects; • Define and design enterprise and systems architecture solutions; • Design and sustain architectures for strategic projects; • Assess architectural compliance and adherence to standards, policies, and best practices; • Support innovation initiatives, digital transformation, and technological evolution.

• Test the environment using predefined procedures to ensure correct operation after changes; • Assess the environment's health using monitoring tools to ensure proper operation after changes; • Generate execution reports using existing tools to align performed actions and identify required improvements; • Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support to other IT teams and business areas; • Handle incidents and service requests related to the area of responsibility; • Support Group Policy (GPO) management; • Participate in crisis management sessions (war room).

• Work on coding .NET systems to enable new business initiatives and ensure the product's regulatory compliance, demonstrating technical versatility to handle different architectures and framework versions; • Architect and model data structures for projects of varying complexity, strategically collaborating on high-complexity initiatives to ensure data integrity, availability, and the optimal choice of storage technologies; • Support the analysis of functional and technical requirements to meet business needs and translate them into solution architecture designs; • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for adopted solutions (architecture/services); • Review delivered code and artifacts to ensure quality; • Identify and implement incident workarounds by understanding error scenarios, proposing improvements and fixes; • Work on technical topics such as impact assessments, system architecture definition, and standards and procedures; • Develop unit tests and automated regression tests, supporting system validation to enable deliveries that prioritize availability and the solution's quality standards; • Proactively notify risks related to obsolescence or security; • Assist in identifying potential infrastructure, performance, or system failure points and propose solutions/improvements to eliminate issues in the short, medium, and long term.

• Independently lead quantitative business studies from hypothesis formulation through data extraction, modeling and delivery of strategic recommendations; • Identify growth opportunities within the App channel using statistical analyses — correlations, customer segmentation, propensity analysis and regression models applied to contracting/purchase behavior; • Monitor digital channel performance metrics (conversion funnel, average ticket size, contract volume), diagnose deviations and propose data-driven corrective actions; • Contribute to the design of new features and user journeys, acting as a bridge between business and technology with a data-driven perspective; • Build and maintain analytical dashboards in Power BI or similar tools, ensuring KPI visibility for leadership; • Proactively identify and remove obstacles to team performance, bringing data-based inputs to decision-making.

• Gather and document the core requirements for implementing new projects and maintenance of medium to high complexity, participating in meetings with the requestor and other stakeholders to ensure understanding and development of the requirement in line with business expectations; • Perform data modeling for high-complexity projects, defining the required information and the appropriate storage repositories, and support other analysts with questions about this activity to ensure data integrity and availability for the proposed solution; • Contribute to defining the architecture and solution proposal by analyzing, detailing and specifying the programs and components that will be part of the solution, enabling development and fulfilling the identified need; • Manage the testing and acceptance process by creating test and acceptance scripts, executing and monitoring unit tests, load tests, integration tests, and supporting user acceptance testing, aiming to deliver projects within established quality criteria; • Plan and monitor the execution of deployment processes by analyzing risks, preparing contingency and rollback plans, mapping activities, responsibilities and schedules for deploying solutions to production environments, ensuring communication, availability and security when modifying existing and new systems; • Identify and implement workarounds and permanent fixes for problems by handling requests, incidents and occurrence tasks, proposing improvements and corrections to ensure system availability, performance and reliability; • Support business areas and other system development teams in feasibility analysis and budgeting by proposing solutions and assessing impact and effort, enabling the design of projects for new products and services.

• Apoiar ativamente na definição de requisitos para a área de infraestrutura de TI/Dados, contribuindo com análises técnicas sobre soluções e alternativas propostas, avaliando impactos em performance, custo, escalabilidade e aderência à arquitetura existente; • Atuar com visão crítica moderada, sugerindo melhorias e identificando riscos técnicos, alinhado às diretrizes estabelecidas pelo time sênior e arquitetura corporativa; • Participar do desenho e implementação de arquiteturas de dados de média complexidade, seguindo padrões e diretrizes definidos pela arquitetura corporativa; • Atuar de forma colaborativa com equipes técnicas e não técnicas, traduzindo conceitos complexos em linguagem acessível para facilitar alinhamentos e decisões; • Contribuir ativamente para o sucesso dos projetos ao antecipar necessidades, apoiar outras áreas e participar da resolução de divergências técnicas com maturidade e foco em resultados; • Colaborar ativamente na definição e extração de dados provenientes de diferentes fontes para ingestão nas plataformas de Big Data, garantindo aderência aos padrões estabelecidos; • Apoiar a modelagem e organização das estruturas de dados para que estejam apropriadas, acessíveis e disponíveis para consumo, assegurando o alinhamento entre os dados operacionais e os modelos analíticos requeridos; • Contribuir ativamente nos projetos relacionados à integração de dados e sistemas, implementando soluções de média complexidade e garantindo aderência aos padrões arquiteturais definidos; • Apoiar o desenho técnico das soluções, participar da evolução da arquitetura existente e atua na manutenção e melhoria contínua dos sistemas sob sua responsabilidade.
