National Sales Leader, Building Management Systems

• Design and execute high-impact channel sales strategies that accelerate revenue and expand Honeywell’s BMS footprint. • Develop strong, trusted relationships with channel partners, equipping them with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. • Actively manage the sales pipeline within Salesforce.com, ensuring data accuracy, visibility, and discipline. Produce consistent, accurate forecasts and drive accountability to reliably deliver business objectives. • Identify and pursue new markets and applications, working closely with partners to deliver tailored, value-driven building solutions. • Lead negotiations, manage sales cycles, and ensure win-win outcomes for customers, partners, and Honeywell. • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to continuously refine strategy and stay ahead of the curve. • Coach and mentor a team of senior sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance. • Partner with cross-functional sales leaders to unlock synergies and deliver integrated solutions that elevate customer value.
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary education preferably in electrical engineering/IT/fire alarm system
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales or account management within building automation or related technologies
- 5+ years of experience in Building Management Systems, integration, and automation technologies
- Valid G Drivers' License
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven ability to design and execute strategies that drive growth and partner engagement
- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools
- Bilingualism (French & English)
- Strong track record building and scaling partner ecosystems
- Knowledge of smart building trends (IoT, energy management, digital transformation)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent team and communication skills
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- Local engagement in industry-specific organizations e.g. ASHRAE, etc
