Role Description We are seeking a Mandarin/English Bilingual Data Entry & Translation Specialist to join a remote team supporting compliance and risk data operations. This role is heavily focused on data entry, translation, data validation, and online research, requiring strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Translate information between Mandarin Chinese and English. - Collect, review, and enter data into internal databases and content management systems. - Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining strict quality standards. - Conduct internet research to identify updates related to sanctions, regulations, and company information. - Verify, update, and maintain compliance watchlist records. - Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed. Qualifications - Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal). - Experience with data entry, data collection, translation, or research-related work. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies. - Comfortable working with databases, Microsoft Office, MS Access, SQL, or similar systems. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting deadlines.
