Role Description Buscamos un/a Technical QA Lead con sólida experiencia en aseguramiento de la calidad de software, liderazgo técnico y definición de estrategias de pruebas. La posición será responsable de establecer estándares de calidad, fortalecer las prácticas de testing y garantizar que cada equipo entregue soluciones con el nivel de calidad esperado, especialmente en proyectos para clientes de sectores altamente regulados. - Fuerte criterio técnico y enfoque práctico de liderazgo (player-coach). - Capacidad para impulsar la mejora continua. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios y clientes. Qualifications - Título de Bachillerato universitario en Informática, Computación, Sistemas o carrera afín. - Más de 6 años de experiencia en Aseguramiento de Calidad con un sólido enfoque técnico. - Al menos 2 años liderando técnicamente equipos o células de QA. - Experiencia comprobada trabajando con clientes de sectores regulados, como banca o gobierno. - Experiencia en diseño y estrategia de pruebas, incluyendo testing basado en riesgo, análisis de cobertura y técnicas de diseño de casos de prueba. - Experiencia definiendo criterios de aceptación, gestión de datos de prueba y criterios de entrada y salida. - Dominio de al menos un framework moderno de automatización como Playwright, Selenium o Cypress. - Experiencia integrando pruebas automatizadas en pipelines CI/CD. - Experiencia realizando pruebas de API (REST y SOAP) y manejo de datos de prueba. - Conocimiento en gestión de defectos y trazabilidad utilizando Azure DevOps, Jira o herramientas similares. - Capacidad comprobada para revisar, fortalecer y elevar el nivel técnico de equipos de QA. - Experiencia brindando mentoría técnica, realizando revisión de artefactos y promoviendo el crecimiento del equipo. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, pensamiento analítico y orientación a la mejora continua. Requirements - Experiencia en proyectos del sector bancario, seguros o instituciones gubernamentales. - Experiencia en pruebas de rendimiento utilizando JMeter o k6. - Conocimientos en pruebas de seguridad y buenas prácticas basadas en OWASP. - Experiencia aplicando inteligencia artificial en procesos de QA, incluyendo generación de casos de prueba, MCP o agentes de testing. - Certificación ISTQB Advanced o certificaciones relacionadas con automatización de pruebas. Responsibilities - Definir e implementar la estrategia de pruebas para las diferentes células, estableciendo estándares de calidad, criterios de aceptación, cobertura, gestión de datos de prueba y criterios de entrada y salida. - Revisar la calidad técnica de los entregables de QA, evaluando análisis de riesgos, casos límite, pruebas negativas y la correcta trazabilidad entre requerimientos, casos de prueba y defectos. - Impulsar indicadores de calidad que permitan mejorar la efectividad en la detección de defectos, reducir incidencias en producción y fortalecer la cobertura de pruebas. - Definir, fortalecer y evolucionar la estrategia de automatización de pruebas, estableciendo frameworks, cobertura de regresión e integración con pipelines CI/CD. - Realizar revisiones técnicas de los artefactos generados por los equipos de QA, promoviendo la adopción de mejores prácticas y la mejora continua. - Actuar como referente técnico de QA ante los líderes del cliente, participando en sesiones de refinamiento, análisis de riesgos y definición de estrategias de pruebas. - Brindar mentoría técnica a los integrantes del equipo mediante acompañamiento, revisión técnicas y planes de desarrollo orientados al fortalecimiento de competencias. - Proporcionar visibilidad sobre el desempeño y madurez técnica de cada célula, apoyando a los Project Managers en la asignación de recursos según la complejidad de las iniciativas. Working collaboratively with Customer Service, Reimbursement Operations, Finance, Reimbursement Billing and Recipient Account Collections, Reimbursement Order Review, and Supply Chain team members, this role also ensures timely completion of all reimbursement order reviews. In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 3 days per week minimum, with 2 days per week working from home. Key Responsibilities - Review all Reimbursement Billing Services Orders prior to shipment to ensure accuracy, completion, and compliance requirements are met. - Responsible for following the order review process to ensure that all payor requirements have been met before orders are released to ensure a clean claim billed the first time and to mitigate the risk of non-payment, including understanding Cochlear’s warranty policy and reviewing all orders to ensure that no orders are billed to insurance where the item is still under warranty. - Responsible for identifying, monitoring, escalating, and solutioning process gaps in the order fulfillment process and issues requiring coaching of team members that are found during the Reimbursement Order Review process in coordination with the Insurance Service Accreditation and Quality Manager.
