• Define and evolve Cloud architecture on Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. • Design and operationalize platforms and workloads with containers and Kubernetes (AKS), including deployment patterns, auto-scaling, and governance. • Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices (pipelines, version control, deployment strategies, rollback, progressive delivery). • Automate infrastructure with IaC (preferably Terraform; Bicep/ARM as alternatives), promoting reproducibility and standardization. • Implement and maintain observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing), alerts and SLO/SLA, supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement. • Work on security and identity (RBAC, policies, Key Vault, Entra ID), applying DevSecOps practices. • Support engineering teams with standards, technical reference, architecture reviews, and sustaining critical environments. • Lead incident response and post-mortems, automating remediation and increasing operational resilience.

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure with a focus on GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a preference for Terraform. • Build, automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tools for different platform, pipelines and applications to achieve deployments and operations automation ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. • Act as subject matter expert for support teams, project team, demand team and integrators to ensure that requirements are understood, documented, and delivered to a high standard. • Deploy and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration for scalable applications utilizing Helm and/or ArgoCD. • Drives improvements in day to day operations and engineering activities of the tools and automation team applying DevOps principles and best practices to improve deployment cycles and system reliability. • Develop functional and sustainable services & applications with clean code.

• Drive the evolution and maturity of DevOps practices across organization and client environments. • Define and lead the DevOps strategy aligned with business goals. • Drive cultural transformation and DevOps maturity across teams. • Assess current capabilities and build clear improvement roadmaps. • Provide architectural and technical guidance on cloud and platform practices. • Partner with executive stakeholders to turn business needs into DevOps initiatives.

• Lead the resolution of high-complexity issues related to the scalability of Kubernetes, databases, and observability systems. • Identify bottlenecks in CI/CD and automation pipelines, proposing and implementing solutions that increase predictability and delivery speed. • Collaborate with product teams to define and implement architectural patterns that ensure high availability of applications. • Respond to critical production incidents, ensuring environment stability and conducting effective post-mortems. • Directly manage team engineers, conducting performance follow-ups and weekly 1:1 meetings. • Support the technical growth of team members, promoting the dissemination of engineering best practices. • Align technical priorities with the business objectives of the Core Engineering area.
