Cloud/DevOps – SRE Architect, Azure
Semantix
• Define and evolve Cloud architecture on Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. • Design and operationalize platforms and workloads with containers and Kubernetes (AKS), including deployment patterns, auto-scaling, and governance. • Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices (pipelines, version control, deployment strategies, rollback, progressive delivery). • Automate infrastructure with IaC (preferably Terraform; Bicep/ARM as alternatives), promoting reproducibility and standardization. • Implement and maintain observability practices (logs, metrics, tracing), alerts and SLO/SLA, supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement. • Work on security and identity (RBAC, policies, Key Vault, Entra ID), applying DevSecOps practices. • Support engineering teams with standards, technical reference, architecture reviews, and sustaining critical environments. • Lead incident response and post-mortems, automating remediation and increasing operational resilience.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Cloud/DevOps/SRE Architect with hands-on work in Azure.
- Strong expertise in AKS/Kubernetes and Docker (deployments, ingress, services, configuration/secrets, scalability).
- Experience with Terraform (modules, patterns, best practices) and/or Bicep.
- Experience in CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar).
- Strong knowledge of networking and security in Azure (VNet, NSG, Private Endpoints, RBAC, Key Vault, Entra ID).
- Experience with monitoring/observability (Azure Monitor/Application Insights/Log Analytics and/or Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog/Elastic).
- Experience with reliability practices: SRE, runbook automation, incident management and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams (platform, development, security).
- Proficiency in English for technical meetings on technology and architecture, stakeholder meetings and management-level discussions.
