Role Description Avid is seeking an Ecommerce and Salesforce Platform Developer to join our Enterprise Technology team as Service cloud expert with CPQ exposure. We are looking for a self-motivated expert to own and advance our Salesforce Platform. This individual will design, build, and support Salesforce Service cloud solution, Billing/CPQ systems with keen focus on Case Management, Omnichannel, Enhanced Chatbot. What You Can Deliver - Configure and customize Salesforce platform features: Service Console, Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Knowledge Base - Design and implement Salesforce solutions for: - CPQ, Billing, Orders, Invoices, and digital subscription lifecycle - Product catalogs, pricing, bundling, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations - Build and manage recurring billing models (monthly, annual, usage-based) - Develop and maintain Salesforce components using: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and validations - Design and manage integrations with: - ERP systems (NetSuite, RevPro) - eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, and middleware (Workato) - REST/SOAP APIs - Lead order processing, asset creation, and license provisioning flows - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, eCommerce, Product, and Support teams - Provide technical guidance to developers and support release management using CI/CD - Monitor billing jobs, renewals, and system performance to ensure data accuracy and scalability - Maintain technical documentation and solution designs Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience with Service cloud and 2+ years on Salesforce Billing, CPQ, and Order Management - Strong skills in: - Apex, LWC, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL - Salesforce Billing, CPQ, product architecture, and pricing - Experience with: - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud - ERP integrations (NetSuite, RevPro) - Payment gateways and middleware tools (Workato) - Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Experience with digital licensing platforms is a plus - Ability to work in the EST (AMER/New York) time zone Benefits - Join a global team and experience a dynamic, collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and growth - Remote work model offering flexibility to balance work and life - Access to development programs with strong support and mentoring to help you grow and advance within the company - Equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusivity, and creating a welcoming environment for all employees - Attractive benefits package including health & life insurance, referral rewards, and generous leave policies to ensure a healthy work-life balance
