Role Description The Service Order Manager RMMR is responsible to the client for overall management and accountability for technical performance, cost and schedule control requirements, and general management of specific service orders assigned to them. - Responsible for the successful performance of service orders to include ensuring safety and quality control are always maintained. - Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with team members, vendors, management, and other departments. - Establish and monitor detailed workflows and resourcing plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, resolve conflicts, and manage progress with confidence. - Review, approve, and report project resources time allocation and correlating invoice processing. - Foresee a project's obstacles, risks, and constraints and effectively plan around them. - Provide periodic status reports, as required by contract or supervision, that inspire as well as capture progress and issues. - Attend periodic Fuels Team meetings to report progress and/or resolve outstanding challenges/issues related to project performance. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum five (5) years of experience in managing and executing Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair (RMMR) work. - Minimum three (3) years managing DoD POL Facilities construction and/or repair projects. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Experience working with DelTek and CostPoint Preferred. - Experience with managing the work of others. - Proficient with construction project schedule development and updating. Requirements - Physical demands include regularly required to sit and talk or hear. - May use repeated motions that include the arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers. - Occasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. - Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. - Specific vision abilities required include close vision.
