Role Description Team4Tech seeks an exceptional Program Director to scope and manage highly impactful education technology projects and lead educational cohorts with defined targets, strategies, and goals. You will join a dedicated team of Program Directors focused on co-designing solutions with global education NGOs and supporting their progress as they accelerate their impact in bridging the digital equity gap for learners in under-resourced communities. - Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of virtual and in-person skilled volunteering projects with corporate partners, ranging from dynamic workshops and events to long-term social impact projects. - Manage the engagement of corporate pro bono volunteers in meaningful projects with our NGO partners, including volunteer selection, training, project implementation, and assessment. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes and adapt them within the broader Community of Practice, contributing to the collective impact and effort to improve the quality of education. - Collaborate closely with Program Directors and Regional Hub Leads to uphold and disseminate evidence-based best practices and resources around education for employability, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization. - Facilitate education training cohorts that ensure global NGO access to AI and practical implementation strategies. - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to analyze program data and generate insights to inform broader organizational inputs, including reporting, strategic planning, and program development. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, corporate partners, and employee volunteers, and communicate and report on project progress and outcomes. Qualifications - A passionate advocate for Team4Tech's mission and values. - A versatile and well-rounded educator and project manager with 5+ years of applicable experience in educational technology program management. - A thoughtful relationship builder who develops rapport easily and fosters long-term connections. - A well-organized and resourceful team player experienced in managing multiple projects and tasks. - An inspired storyteller and communicator skilled in analyzing and communicating complex ideas. - A professional with international development experience and a track record of working in diverse cultural settings. - Experience in AI capacity building, including content development, facilitation, and coaching. Requirements - Proven leadership and collaboration skills within multi-disciplinary team environments. - Background in social impact, with demonstrated experience in nonprofit work, philanthropy, and/or corporate social responsibility (CSR). - In-depth knowledge in educational technology, with practical experience in educational settings and under-resourced contexts. - International exposure, particularly in developing countries with limited technology resources. - Proficiency in AI as a training and capacity-building resource for global NGOs. - Ability to develop contextualized, evidence-based resources for a global audience. - Knowledge on AI as an educational capacity-building resource. - Demonstrated ability in developing and executing outreach strategies. - Skilled in building relationships with key decision-makers in the education technology and global development sectors. - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - Expertise in navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders using a consultative approach. - Ability to analyze program data for strategic decision-making and impact assessment. - Familiarity with managing and implementing volunteering models. - Spanish language ability is a plus. Benefits - Salary is commensurate with experience and geographic location, ranging from $80,000-$110,000 per year. - Benefits include a health insurance stipend, an internet stipend, unlimited leave, and voluntary 401k contributions. Location and Travel - Team4Tech is a remote-first workplace.
