Role Description Labcorp is seeking a remote Sr Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team! Identify, plan and execute testing activities to ensure high quality software and ensure compliance according to regulatory statutes, policies and procedures: - Test Web Application software, including Java and .Net. - Test Web Services. - Test applications which utilize IBM’s MQ Series platform. - Perform white-box tests. - Create and maintain test plans, cases and summaries. - Execute manual and automated test cases/scripts. - Manage test data and perform data analysis. - Define, maintain and organize input and output data. - Develop and maintain quality repositories to assure quality data integrity, including IBM DB2, Oracle and Sybase database platforms. - Communicate QA risks, milestones, and status to the QA lead or Project Manager. - Review and verify functional and system requirements to ensure project deliverables pass QA criteria. - Provide work estimates for testing activities. - Assist in the setup and maintenance of QA test environment and tools. - Collect and report on quality statistics and metrics. - Record and monitor discovered defects and QA related issues. - Participate in quality related discussions. - Promote continuous improvement. - Improve test cycle duration through the use of testing tools. - Work well with cross-discipline co-workers of varying job functions within a team. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in all aspects of functional testing across a broad set of technologies, including cloud technology, container-based micro services for sub-UI testing, RESTful service testing, thin-client testing (html/Angular), database testing, virtual service stub testing, and more. - 2+ years of experience in QA automation development and scripting. - Experience Testing with the Cloverleaf Integration Engine. - Experience with command line navigation and file handling in Linux/Unix Environments. - Experience with Agile methodology. - Expert knowledge in Test Plan and Test Case development. - Knowledge of user story to test case translation with methods like Gherkin/Cucumber or equivalent. - The ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions. - Candidate must flourish in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Knowledge with Test Automation Frameworks. - Familiar with the following for test automation tasks: Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, TCL. - Familiar with common test automation tools like: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, UFT, Rest Assured, Karate, Maven, Jenkins, Git etc. - HP Load Runner, MS Visual Studio for Performance Testing Automation. - IBM Rational Integration Tester, Soap UI, Postman for API Automation. - MQ Series. - ETL, DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server validations. This role ensures the highest mitigation of the risk of order non-payment and compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws as orders transition from order review to shipping and billing and collections. Working collaboratively with Customer Service, Reimbursement Operations, Finance, Reimbursement Billing and Recipient Account Collections, Reimbursement Order Review, and Supply Chain team members, this role also ensures timely completion of all reimbursement order reviews. In this role, you will be based in our Americas head office in Lone Tree, CO. This role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 3 days per week minimum, with 2 days per week working from home. Key Responsibilities - Review all Reimbursement Billing Services Orders prior to shipment to ensure accuracy, completion, and compliance requirements are met. - Responsible for following the order review process to ensure that all payor requirements have been met before orders are released to ensure a clean claim billed the first time and to mitigate the risk of non-payment, including understanding Cochlear’s warranty policy and reviewing all orders to ensure that no orders are billed to insurance where the item is still under warranty. - Responsible for identifying, monitoring, escalating, and solutioning process gaps in the order fulfillment process and issues requiring coaching of team members that are found during the Reimbursement Order Review process in coordination with the Insurance Service Accreditation and Quality Manager.
