You will play a key role in integrating AI technologies across the organisation, helping teams work more efficiently while improving the quality, consistency and scalability of business operations. Please note: This role supports an Italian business. Candidates must be fluent in Italian (written and spoken), with a good command of English, as they will work closely with an Italian-speaking team. Working hours will align with Italian business hours (CET/CEST). Qualifications - Fluent Italian (written and spoken) – essential. - Good command of English. - A minimum of 3 years' experience in AI Integration, Automation, Business Systems, Data Analytics or a related field. - Experience implementing AI-powered tools and workflow automation solutions. - Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, machine learning concepts and automation platforms. - Experience designing dashboards, reports and business intelligence solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience integrating digital platforms, APIs and business systems. - Excellent organisational and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Requirements - Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools. - Experience using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or other Large Language Models (LLMs). - Knowledge of no-code and low-code automation platforms such as Make, Zapier or n8n. - Python or SQL experience. - CRM integrations. - Cloud platforms and API integrations. - Experience implementing AI governance and security best practices. - Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimisation.
