Key Responsibilities - Create and publish high-value content that attracts, engages and nurtures prospective clients. - Ensure consistent publication of content across the company's selected communication channels. - Strengthen brand awareness and reinforce the market positioning of the organisation and its leadership. - Develop compelling content that builds trust and enhances audience engagement. - Collaborate with the Branding Team and Direct Response Marketing Team to develop and execute the editorial content strategy. - Manage and maintain the editorial calendar across social media, websites, email campaigns and other digital platforms. - Ensure all published content aligns with internal brand guidelines, messaging and quality standards. - Coordinate content production to meet campaign deadlines and business objectives. - Provide comprehensive content coverage for live events through the creation and timely publication of engaging content. - Capture and share content that maximises event visibility, audience engagement and post-event momentum. - Support marketing campaigns with creative content across multiple digital channels. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communications. - Research industry trends and content marketing best practices. - Identify opportunities to improve content performance, audience engagement and brand visibility. - Recommend new content formats, channels and creative approaches that support business growth. Qualifications - Fluent Italian (written and spoken) – essential. - Good command of English. - A minimum of 3 years' experience in Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Copywriting or a similar role. - Proven experience creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms. - Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills. - Experience managing editorial calendars and content schedules. - Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
