• Central responsibility for RACF topics in a z/OS mainframe environment — from administration and design to the optimization of authorization concepts. • Analyze and resolve complex third-level security incidents and ensure the stable operation of a business-critical mainframe security landscape. • Maintain and enhance existing mainframe jobs, tools, reports, and interfaces, particularly in the DB2/SQL and REXX context. • Support audit, governance, and compliance requests through access analyses, reports, and evidentiary documentation, and contribute to IAM-related modernization initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Several years of hands-on experience with RACF on z/OS
  • Strong background in mainframe security and access/authorization management

  • Solid REXX scripting skills
  • Experience in complex legacy environments with custom tools or interfaces
