Job Description

Regional Sales Coordinator

Grupo Moas

• Lead, develop and monitor the performance of sales representatives in the Southeast region, promoting a high-performance culture; • Ensure execution of the commercial strategy for the Buba and Buba Care brands, ensuring excellence in product presentation, assortment, pricing, distribution, replenishment and turnover at points of sale; • Manage the region's key commercial indicators, monitoring net sales, profitability, coverage, category performance and growth opportunities; • Conduct strategic visits to key customers, major retail chains, distributors and partners, strengthening relationships and identifying new business opportunities; • Prospect new customers, expand regional operations and contribute to increasing the brands' market presence; • Prepare and track action plans to drive results, ensuring achievement of established commercial targets; • Work in partnership with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Planning to ensure execution of campaigns and commercial activities; • Analyze market trends, competition and customer behavior, proposing improvements and strategies to increase competitiveness; • Support demand planning and monitor regional inventories, contributing to efficient operations;

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related fields;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing commercial teams;
  • Solid experience servicing retail, wholesale and distributor channels;
  • Proven track record in team development, business expansion and achieving commercial targets;
  • Experience managing KPIs, commercial planning and negotiating with strategic customers;
  • Full availability to travel. All travel and transportation expenses are covered by the company according to internal policy.
