Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced IT Murex Consultant. The role will be part of the IT & FM FinApps team, under the Murex support function and will be responsible for the design, build and maintain MX Test, Back Office, Interfaces, and Reporting Murex modules. Responsibilities: - Design, build and maintain MX Test, FO, MLC, and Reporting Murex modules; - Support the business during requirements and test activities; - Lead any related requirements from design, building, testing to promotion to PROD; - Ensure coordination across teams for successful implementation and deployment of Murex functionalities; - Gather, write and review the requirements for FO, MO, Risk and reporting projects; - Write and review design documents with the business; - Build the test cases for Users Acceptance Tests with the business; - Build Murex FO, MO, Risk and reporting modules. Run and build related non-regression test cases on Mxtest; - Contribute to the sign-off processs of the test/go live documents; - Support Users Acceptance Tests phase; - Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

In this role, you will work in a highly international environment alongside the Business Development team, taking ownership of the sales opportunities from a product, solution-fit, services and client-benefit perspective. You will be responsible for supporting and driving the sales process by: - Designing and delivering product demonstrations and solution presentations to clients and prospects at all levels, including C-level executives; - Preparing high-quality technical proposals and leading responses to RFIs and RFPs; - Applying deep technical and business expertise to identify customer requirements and align them with the Supply Chain Finance solution; - Leading business and technical client workshops; - Acting as a trusted bridge between customers and product teams, translating client needs into actionable product and solution enhancements; - Attending conferences, events and trade shows as required to support sales and marketing efforts; - Ensuring all activities are performed in full compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Role Description Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced IT VBA Consultant to support several end user computing applications such as VBA and Python applications, macros, and PowerBI dashboards for the different divisions. - Maintain customer relationships within different divisions, manage the change process and ensure smooth communication; - Act as a change agent to help facilitate effective deployments/modifications to new and current industry practices; - Identify risks and liaise on issues related to changes; - Work with the subject matter experts to gather business requirements and any other relevant input; - Develop new required features in the VBA / Python applications/macros and PowerBI dashboards; - Follow up on deliverables related to these applications with internal and external parties; - Prepare documents to support internal decision making, testing or training material; - Develop and execute an internal communication plan for changes and new features to the business; - Perform testing, change management documentation and support the deployment of the technology and hand over to production support; - Ensure all material is stored on the SharePoint environment for audit purposes; - Support other division related tasks as applicable such as organizing and running meetings; - Develop agendas, prepare minutes, follow up on open actions, identifying risk and issues with appropriate mitigating actions; - Participate in handover of VBA, Java, and SQL applications and their corresponding documentation; - Participate in handover of development and change management processes; - Provide handover protocol to document the completeness of handover tasks; - Produce files in MS Office formats including the project VBA code; - Complete reliable functional and technical documentation about the implemented functionality; - Perform test management; - Create and execute relevant test cases, demonstrating the expected behavior in terms of requirements fulfillment and software quality; - Create training material, conduct trainings if necessary, and other change management material as needed to support the change management process; - Manage internal and external communication; - Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, data science, or equivalent degree; - At least 7 years of experience with similar and relevant IT projects; - Development and rollout experience with VBA and MS Office Macros (Access & Excel); - Good understanding of modern IT architecture; - Good understanding of and experience with: SQL, XML, XSLT; - Good project management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities; - Experience in providing reporting and other communications at a senior management level; - Ability to document clear and complete business requirements; - Experience with Microsoft Azure; - Professional experience with PowerBI and/or Microsoft Fabric; - Experience in the financial services industry; - Experience with the following financial IT systems: SWIFT, Murex, Bloomberg; - Excellent knowledge of the English language. Role Description We are looking for a Partner Enablement Officer who will be responsible for enabling, onboarding, and governing Qualco Technology’s partner ecosystem across sales, delivery, and technology partnerships. The role is based in Greece or Europe and ensures that partners are onboarded efficiently, meet all due diligence and contractual requirements, and are supported throughout their lifecycle to operate effectively within the company’s operating model. Reporting to Chief Solution Officer, the role requires a flexible approach to tackle a wide range of tasks including: - Partner Onboarding & Enablement: - Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for sales, delivery, and technology partners; - Act as the primary point of contact for partners during onboarding and early engagement phases; - Ensure partners receive the required information, tools, and guidance to operate effectively; - Maintain structured onboarding documentation, checklists, and partner records. - Partner Lifecycle Management & Monitoring: - Monitor partner engagement, performance, and compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle; - Coordinate periodic partner reviews with relevant internal stakeholders; - Identify risks, issues, or misalignments and coordinate corrective actions where required. - Due Diligence & Compliance: - Coordinate partner due diligence activities, including financial, legal, compliance, and risk checks; - Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure all requirements are met prior to activation; - Ensure ongoing compliance with contractual, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. - Contracts & Partner Documentation: - Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of partner agreements and related documentation; - Track contractual obligations, SLAs, renewals, amendments, and terminations; - Ensure partner contracts are properly documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders. - Partner Selection Coordination: - Support Business Units during the partner selection process by coordinating evaluations, documentation, and approvals; - Ensure a smooth handover from partner selection to onboarding and enablement; - Provide structured input to Business Units regarding onboarding readiness and potential risks. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: - Collaborate closely with Sales/ Presales, Business Units, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams; - Ensure alignment between partner capabilities and internal operational requirements; - Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner enablement, onboarding, and governance processes; - Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in partner enablement, partner operations, onboarding, vendor management, or a similar role within a software or technology environment; - Proven experience working with sales, delivery, and technology partners; - Strong understanding of due diligence, compliance, and contractual processes; - Fluency in English (written and spoken); Greek fluency required. French will be considered a plus; - Experience operating in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; - High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities; - Ability to manage multiple partners and parallel processes effectively; - Structured, process-oriented mindset with strong risk awareness; - Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with limited supervision.
