This role involves owning loan delivery, purchase timelines, and post-closing issue resolution across investor and whole-loan channels. Accountable for ensuring that funded loans are delivered accurately, purchased efficiently, and resolved effectively when issues arise Primary owner of investor delivery operations and rebuttals Main point of contact for correspondent sellers and institutional investors Hands-on position suited for someone who has independently managed suspense pipelines and negotiated rebuttals Understanding of how post-closing execution directly impacts cash flow, counterparty confidence, and risk management Operates fully post-close, with decision-making authority once loans are funded Critical role in protecting capital and scaling delivery operations Full-time remote role

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of post-closing and investor delivery experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of delivery, suspense, and rebuttal processes
  • Experience resolving investor exceptions and purchase delays
  • Familiarity with LOS platforms and investor delivery portals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage cash timing metrics
  • Clear communicator with strong judgment and accountability
