Aufgaben - Du konfigurierst Telefonanlagen bei unseren Kunden. - Du bearbeitest eigenständig Support-Tickets über alle Komplexitätsstufen hinweg und sorgst für schnelle, nachhaltige Lösungen. - Du unterstützt telefonisch zu Stoßzeiten und in kritischen Situationen – mit Ruhe und technischer Kompetenz. - Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Development- und Customer-Success-Team zusammen und bringst technisches Feedback aus dem Kundenkontakt ein. - Du trägst direkt zur Kundenzufriedenheit und Produktqualität bei.
