VECTRA International
Role Description The Global Territory Business Manager (TBM) is sales-focused and responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with multiple sectors/business lines to promote VECTRA International’s lines of services, solutions, training portfolio, and AI services. You will collaborate with Sr. Consultants within assigned geographic areas to drive positive impact and expand our global presence. Tasks - Sales & Revenue Growth - Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve or exceed targets. - Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive product/service adoption. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. - Develop a consultative approach to deeply understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored solution proposals. - Ensure forecasts and assigned quotas meet or exceed territory expectations. - Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers. - Conduct regular client visits and business reviews. - Address customer concerns, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and serve as the customer advocate inside VECTRA International. - Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and build consensus in environments with competing priorities. - Territory Management - Plan and manage territory coverage efficiently, ensuring alignment with company goals. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and account planning tools using the CRM. - Collaborate compliantly across VECTRA International’s functions (AI, customer success, marketing, operations) to share best practices and co-create solutions. - Maintain a deep understanding of assigned territory dynamics, stakeholder mapping, and referral network navigation. - Reporting & Analysis - Track and report on sales performance and KPIs. - Prepare regular territory reports and forecasts. - Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve performance. Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, business, marketing, Environmental Science, or related fields (desired). - Experience: Minimum 2-3+ years in selling professional services, solutions, and understanding of AI capabilities (ESG/B2B sales desired but not required). - Skills: - Strong understanding of business topics, or socio-economic development frameworks. - Exceptional communication, listening, discovery, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proven end-to-end sales expertise, including research, qualifying through outbound calls, team selling, and documented ability in meeting/exceeding sales goals. - Strong organizational, presentation, and creative thinking skills. - Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a remote setting. - Proficient with Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho), and outbound outreach tools. - Consummate learner with the ability to adapt to evolving markets and customer needs. - Role models ethics and integrity to earn trust with external stakeholders.
