Director, NKF Golf Classic

Role Description The NKF Golf Classic Director will provide oversight of key initiatives to grow and diversify NKF’s revenue through nationally driven corporate strategies, utilizing our field teams for grassroots integration and implementation. - Support the strategy development and implementation of the NKF Golf Classic program. - Lead all fundraising and event management of the National Finals event and additional corporate campaigns. - Develop and execute internal/external communications associated with all corporate campaigns. - Collaborate throughout NKF to provide a customer service mindset that honors internal and external constituents. - Goal on the overall Golf Classic program and new business toward future corporate campaigns. Role Description The Development Operations & Analytics Manager is the operational backbone of NKF’s Field Strategy & Operations team—the person who ensures that fundraising platforms, data systems, and cross-functional workflows run at peak performance so that field staff can focus on relationship-building and revenue generation. This is more than a support role. It is responsible for translating NKF’s growth priorities—particularly in major giving, peer-to-peer fundraising, and digital donor engagement—into scalable systems, reliable data, and actionable insights. The right candidate will be equally comfortable troubleshooting a Salesforce integration and presenting a dashboard analysis to senior leadership.
