• Promote and sell payment processing solutions, with a primary focus on Card Issuer Processing and Card Acquirer Processing services; • Develop and manage relationships with banks, fintechs, payment service providers, acquirers, issuers, and other financial institutions across Europe and international markets; • Identify business opportunities for modern card processing infrastructure, helping clients launch, scale, and optimise their payment operations; • Manage the full B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and commercial negotiations to contract finalisation and long-term partnership management; • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the card processing, payments, and financial services sectors; • Clearly present and position the company’s processing technologies, demonstrating their operational, technical, and commercial value; • Prepare compelling commercial proposals, pricing structures, and solution presentations tailored to client requirements; • Lead contract negotiations while effectively defending the company’s commercial and technological value proposition; • Collaborate with internal product, implementation, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client business objectives; • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility within the payments and financial technology ecosystem; • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasting, and reporting processes; • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the company within the international payments and card processing industry.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience selling card issuing processing, card acquiring processing, payment processing infrastructure, or related financial technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of card payments, acquiring, issuing, payment schemes, banking infrastructure, or financial IT solutions
  • Experience selling to banks, fintechs, payment service providers, acquirers, issuers, or other financial institutions
  • Proven ability to communicate complex payment processing technologies and technical solutions in a clear and commercially effective way
  • Experience working with enterprise-level B2B sales cycles and multiple stakeholder groups
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential; additional languages are considered a plus
  • Confident presentation and public speaking skills with a polished and professional approach to client interaction
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining structured, detail-oriented sales reporting
