Role Description We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer with a strong background in C# and .NET technologies to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and enterprise solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and backend systems. - Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and UI/UX teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and performance. - Implement security and data protection across applications. - Work with databases such as MS SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL for data modeling and development. - Contribute to architectural discussions and propose technical solutions. Qualifications - Strong programming skills in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core. - Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. - Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (optional but preferred). - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Requirements - Experience with Azure / AWS cloud services. - Knowledge of Microservices architecture. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.). - Understanding of Unit Testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit). Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Develop solutions that add value and efficiency across systems while minimizing technical debt. • Use AI agents and GitHub Copilot to implement .NET solutions from high-level Specs. • Collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet product objectives and refine Specs. • Maintain a "Test First" mentality by managing the intent of AI-generated code so that it meets the functional, security, and performance requirements of the product. • Stay updated on technology trends and product roadmaps to guide development. • Contribute to cross-functional business processes. • Embrace best practices, cross-team collaboration, and process continuity. • Contribute to a collaborative culture based on trust and respect.
• Develop and implement websites, web applications, application databases, and interactive web interfaces. • Develop and launch native application for iOS and Android. • Transform wireframes and design concepts into functional web applications using modern front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Develop and deploy different versions of a feature to determine which one performs better, using data to inform product decisions and drive conversions. • Optimize applications for speed and performance, and ensure they are compatible across different browsers and devices. • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure data flows smoothly, as well as with UI/UX designers to implement design concepts that align with the brand. • Keep up-to-date on new technologies and tools to bring innovative ideas to the company's products.
