Full TimeRemoteTeam 11-50Since 2016

• Know the platform, and the people who use it • First 90 days: get deep on the API. Make test calls, read the docs like a merchant would, and find every spot where integration hurts. • Sit with our biggest merchants. Learn why they use us. • Map the full journey, from first API call to first live transaction, and mark where people drop off. • Own the roadmap for the API • Make the calls on what we build, what we kill, and what we say no to (kindly). • Own pricing and packaging too. • Price it so merchants win and so do we. • Ship it, and keep it boringly reliable • Run delivery with Engineering using rituals that stick: sprints, retros, the good stuff. • Grow the number of live merchants and the volume flowing through the API, and have the numbers to back it up. • Hold the line on uptime, security, and compliance. • Merchants move their customers' money through us. "Mostly works" isn't a thing. • Make integration super simple (the Enablement bit) • Cut time-to-first-transaction. • The faster a merchant goes live, the better the product. • Build docs, sandboxes, and support materials so good that merchants barely need to email us. • Give Sales, Solutions, and Support what they need to win deals and keep merchants happy.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 201-500

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to take ownership of key product domains and drive measurable business impact across the customer journey. - Own a product domain end-to-end (e.g. Acquisition Funnel, Lending Core, Repeat & Retention), taking full ownership of its vision, roadmap, delivery, and business outcomes. - Translate company strategy and market priorities into a well-prioritized, sequenced product backlog, balancing the needs of local markets with a centralized product vision. - Establish a baseline-first approach by defining key success metrics (activation, conversion, retention), controlling variables, and running continuous feedback loops, ensuring no feature is scaled without proven business impact. - Apply the Pareto principle by focusing on the 20% of initiatives that generate 80% of the domain's value, while continuously removing low-impact backlog items. - Lead customer discovery and validation (CustDev), ensuring customer demand is validated before development begins. - Write clear, testable product requirements, including problem statements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, enabling Product Managers and Engineering teams to execute with minimal clarification. - Own the delivery cadence together with Product Managers and Engineering, ensuring predictable throughput, healthy backlog management, and efficient handoffs. - Partner closely with Marketing, Risk, Operations, Collections, and Legal to deliver measurable business outcomes rather than simply shipping features. - Provide data-driven reporting through funnel and cohort analysis, experiment results, roadmap progress, and product impact dashboards, not status updates. - Continuously identify product opportunities, validate new ideas, and implement improvements and best practices across the domain. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager owning a product domain in a B2C environment (CPO-1 / Senior IC level), ideally within a multi-market organization. - Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes, including improvements in conversion, revenue, retention or similar product metrics - not just feature delivery. - Strong expertise in product discovery, customer development (CustDev), backlog management, prioritization and writing high-quality product requirements. - Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience working with funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and dashboards, with the ability to independently analyze product performance. - Experience in at least one of the following industries: FinTech, Consumer Lending, BNPL, large-scale E-commerce, Marketplace, Dating, Gambling, Forex or another high-volume B2C business. - Comfortable working in an artifact-driven environment, producing structured analyses, product specifications, and dashboards rather than presentation-based status reports. - Fluent English with experience collaborating in fully remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones. Requirements - Achieve the agreed business KPIs for the owned product domain within the approved scope, with results supported by data. - Deliver the prioritized roadmap on schedule with predictable throughput while maintaining a lean backlog with no growing accumulation of stale items. - Execute continuous Discovery → Experiment → Scale cycles, delivering at the agreed number of validated product improvements each quarter, with measurable before-and-after results for every initiative. - Deliver product solutions that can be reused across multiple markets rather than creating one-off country-specific implementations. Benefits - Join a fast-scaling FinTech company where your decisions shape the business and your contributions truly matter. - Enjoy 20 paid days off annually, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, people-first culture. - Partial compensation for medical insurance, sports activities, and foreign language. - Work in an international, agile team with ambitious goals, modern tools, and a strong sense of purpose.
