Job Description
HRIS Analyst
DMI (Digital Management, LLC)
• Support the day-to-day administration of HR systems, including employee onboarding, data changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations • Maintain accurate employee and organizational data across HR platforms • Assist with HR reporting, data validation, and routine audits • Support system configurations, workflow routing, and user access management • Troubleshoot HR system issues and respond to inquiries from HR teams, managers, and employees • Execute bulk data uploads and updates while ensuring data integrity • Monitor HRIS workflows, identify issues, and implement corrective actions • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems • Document processes, audit findings, and system changes • Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve system issues and support enhancements
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related role
- Experience with HR platforms such as UKG Pro, ADP or Costpoint
- Experience conducting HR data audits and maintaining data quality
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions
- Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations
