This position plays a key role in scaling the design efforts as you attract top-tier talent and ensure exceptional user experiences. Your leadership will greatly impact how consumers access affordable healthcare solutions and streamline their journeys. Manage and inspire design managers, product designers, visual designers, researchers, and content strategists. Create a culture of inspiration, insight, and authority on design and user experience. Influence product strategy and deliver high-quality design work across various platforms. Partner with product, engineering, and analytics teams to accelerate product development. Champion fast iteration, deep user research, and broad experimentation. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and scalability. Collaborate with product teams to define a long-term product strategy.

• Own and execute the enterprise roadmap for Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and Power Platform • Define the future state architecture for Modern Work and Automation platforms • Act as the primary architectural authority for Modern Work solutions • Lead Copilot implementation, licensing strategy, governance, and adoption • Own Power Platform strategy, governance, and operating model • Lead and develop a small team of architects or engineers • Serve as ENFRA’s primary owner of the Microsoft relationship • Drive employee experience improvements through coherent platform design

As our Vice President of Product Management - Platform, you will define, communicate and lead the product strategy for NAVEX’s platform technology, AI and data and analytics. Work closely with Product Engineering and the leadership team across all lines of business. Articulate and substantiate decisions regarding go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, operational readiness, and sales enablement. Engage with leaders across the organization and gather input from various sources to ensure the product roadmap is strategically positioned. Exceed revenue goals and achieve strong customer satisfaction and retention levels. Rally support for ideas that will drive all phases of product execution and customer engagement.

• Develop and manage consultative relationships with existing Regional Agency Channel advisors. • Assess and identify the needs of advisor clients in order to promote new products. • Develop new producers while retaining existing producers to grow market share in excess of 10%. • Educate and train advisors on Annuity products. • Champion for headquarters marketing campaigns at local client level. • Develop new relationships.
