Salesforce CRM Solution Architect

Role Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Solution Architect with experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community Cloud, Partner Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud who can help working on our clients Salesforce implementation projects as well as support. - Understanding requirements/current processes from business and help design/define the future state with Salesforce features. - Lead the complete end-to-end solution design with pros & cons and present to the stakeholders. - Training and utilizing the technology team to implement the future state and complete migration. - Help in defining integrations with other systems using Salesforce APIs and/or MuleSoft and/or Dell Boomi. - Functional testing of features developed/configured by technology team. - Efficiently debug complex issues and add new features to the system without interruption to the existing functionality. - Participate in project health analysis and provide guidance on areas for improvement. - Be a great team player, mentor and leader for the team. - Be a problem solver, troubleshooter, very detail oriented, and able to maintain business level objectives while simultaneously focusing on managing the details of development tasks. - Willing to learn and eager to integrate new technologies, very resourceful and able to effectively collaborate across a matrix organization. - Interact with Project Managers or Product Managers to define the project plans, system requirements or modifications. - Work with testers and QA engineers to test software during development process. - Assist in documenting procedures for installation and maintenance. - Assist in production support. - Prioritize and multitask work with co-located and remote teams. - Update job knowledge by studying up to date development tools and programming techniques; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Qualifications - CRM Business Processes, Analysis, requirement documentation and functional testing. - Experience in Salesforce API or MuleSoft or Dell Boomi integrations. - Understanding of Agile SDLC, Change Management. - Excellent communication skills. Requirements - 10 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Community Cloud, Partner Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud implementations. - Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato. - 5+ years of experience in business analysis & requirements.
