Qualified candidates will work with our Energy & Utility Group as a part of the Telecommunications Team in the planning, drafting, design, permitting and construction administration of telecommunications and utility projects. Posting Locations for this role: Lisle, IL; Frisco, TX; Charlotte, NC; or St. Louis, MO What You'll Do: - Manage client relationships and projects. - Support development of proposals, including project scope, schedule, and budget. - Complete design and posting of telecommunications projects. - Review projects for accuracy, quality, and adherence to client specifications. - Plan and oversee work production to meet project deadlines and budgets. - Oversee work completed by technical and professional production staff. - Provide direction and support for permit plans and work prints drafted in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bluebeam, etc. - Provide office support for site visits and participate in site visits, which may include overnight travel. What You'll Need: - Minimum of 4 years of OSP design experience. - Experience in all aspects of Legal Mandate, IFP, Fiber Overbuild, FTTH, or LightGIG projects, including field data gathering, design, and permitting. - Positive work ethic and excellent communication skills. - Ability to effectively manage time while working on several projects concurrently whether in the office, field, or remotely. This role serves as a critical operational and administrative partner to project teams responsible for the interior construction and buildout of mission-critical data center environments, including mechanical, electrical, MEP) infrastructure, and HPC AI cabling. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced in supporting construction projects through documentation management, financial management, project controls, scheduling coordination, reporting, and construction management systems. This position may be performed remotely, and can be based out of the DFW office with required in-office presence multiple days per week, or assigned to project sites as needed. The role may require the ability to travel, including deployment to projects outside the assigned region, in support of operational and project demands Key Responsibilities Project Administration & Coordination - Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Project Teams overseeing hyperscale data center fit-out projects. - Assist with project setup, maintenance, and closeout activities. - Coordinate project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, action items, and project communications. - Track project deliverables, milestones, schedules, and outstanding items to ensure timely completion. - Support project budgeting, forecasting, procurement tracking, and cost reporting activities. - Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with client and company documentation standards.
