Role Description We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer II to join a growing BI team. In this fully remote role, you will support impactful healthcare data initiatives that drive improved patient outcomes and operational performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Epic reporting, data modeling, and SQL, and excels at turning complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain BI solutions using Epic reporting tools - Develop and optimize reports and dashboards (Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer, and related tools) - Work with Epic data models, including Clarity, Caboodle, and Cogito - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis - Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across deliverables - Support ongoing reporting enhancements and requests Qualifications - Epic certification in Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle Data Modeling, or equivalent experience - Experience building reports in Epic tools (e.g., Workbench, Slicer Dicer) - Strong SQL skills - Experience in healthcare data/analytics environments - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Requirements - This is a Permanent position based out of Kansas City, MO. - The pay range for this position is $79,000.00 - $109,000.00/yr.
