Role Description The Pharmacy Analytics Senior Consultant role reports into VP Finance Pharmacy and is responsible for leading the development of enterprise pharmacy reporting infrastructure, foundational data assets, and actionable analytical insights across all lines of business. This role is primarily focused on building and scaling reporting layers that do not currently exist, including Medicare Part D datasets derived from PDE (Prescription Drug Event) and MMR (Membership) data sources. The position ensures accurate construction of core metrics (PMPM, scripts, utilization per 1,000, cost per script) through curated, validated datasets. The Consultant/Sr Consultant will analyze pharmacy trends to identify cost drivers and develop actionable savings opportunities while partnering with various matrix partners. This is a 100% Remote position but we prefer you live in EST or CST time zones.
