We are seeking a creative and motivated Landscape Designer to support the development of design concepts and visual presentations for a variety of projects, including municipal, commercial, and public spaces. This role works closely with licensed Landscape Architects and project teams to bring ideas to life through renderings, plans, and graphics that balance aesthetics, functionality, and environmental considerations. Key Responsibilities - Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and visualizations to support project proposals - Produce high-quality renderings, presentation boards, and graphics to communicate design intent - Collaborate with Landscape Architects, planners, and multidisciplinary teams to refine designs - Assist with layout plans and drafting using AutoCAD or similar tools - Research and recommend plant materials, hardscape elements, and site features - Incorporate feedback from project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies into design revisions - Support client presentations and participate in project discussions as needed - Occasionally assist with site visits to gather information and support project coordination Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Master’s preferred) - 1+ years of professional experience in landscape design or related field - Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software - Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D visualization tools - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment - Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and grow Work Environment & Schedule - In-office for the first six (6) months; hybrid work arrangement available thereafter - Primarily office/studio-based work with occasional field/site visits - Moderate travel for site visits, meetings, or project support What We Offer - Opportunity to work on meaningful, community-impacting projects - Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment - Hands-on experience supporting municipal and public-sector work - Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits - Professional growth and development with a clear path toward licensure COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: SAFEbuilt pays competitive wages and has a comprehensive benefit offering. • Lead architectural design for security infrastructure protecting TELUS' Wireless Core Network, with focus on carrier-grade firewalls (Juniper SRX, Palo Alto Networks) across 4G EPC and 5G Service-Based Architecture (SBA) boundaries • Architect, deploy, and scale high-availability firewall solutions protecting critical core interfaces (Gi/SGi, N6, roaming, inter-carrier) and control/user plane functions in containerized environments (RedHat OpenShift) • Ensure firewall architectures adhere to 3GPP and GSMA standards; conduct proactive threat modeling and risk assessments for new 5G functions; support security audits and vulnerability remediation • Lead capacity planning, growth forecasting, and technology lifecycle management; develop vendor roadmaps and business cases for future security investments; manage technical relationships with firewall and core vendors • Partner with RAN, Transport, Policy, Signaling, IMS/Voice, and Virtualized Infrastructure teams to align firewall architectures, policies, and configurations with Wireless Core network functions (AMF/MME, SMF/SPGW-C, UPF/SPGW-U) • Develop CI/CD pipelines for firewall configuration deployment; create detailed Methods of Procedure (MoP) documents; develop KPI dashboards for performance monitoring and optimization • Analyze network performance, resolve complex security issues, and optimize architecture using protocol validation tools (Wireshark, PCAP) and vendor logging mechanisms

• Lead architecture, design, and development of IMS and Wireless Voice Core systems (P/I/S-CSCF, SBC, TAS, ENUM, MRF/BGF) • Design and support voice services including VoLTE, VoWiFi, emergency services, roaming, and interconnect • Deploy and maintain scalable, carrier-grade IMS systems optimized for performance and cost-effectiveness • Create CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment • Analyze network performance and optimize architecture; resolve complex technical issues • Develop Methods of Procedure (MoP) documentation for configurations and troubleshooting • Lead testing, validation, and capacity planning across deployments • Collaborate with RAN, Packet Core, Policy, Infrastructure, and Database teams on integrated solutions • Manage vendor relationships and influence solution roadmaps • Work with Red Hat OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, and containerized environments • Develop KPI dashboards and monitor performance metrics • Participate actively in Agile teams and roadmap discussions
