Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Inventory Recovery & Unfulfillable Specialist to join our Global Services team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of identifying, investigating, and recovering value from inventory exceptions across our Amazon accounts. Your primary focus will be on unfulfillable inventory management, with additional ownership across lost & damaged claims, inbound reconciliation, stranded inventory resolution, and reimbursement recovery. This is a high-impact, data-driven position for someone who thrives in the details of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, can move quickly to act on exception reports, and takes pride in recovering revenue that would otherwise be left on the table.
