Mobile HVAC – Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and associated equipment • Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems • Execute assigned work orders using CMMS technology with minimal supervision • Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, reporting conditions that impact client operations • Travel to multiple client locations within assigned geographic territory using company vehicle • Plan and prioritize work assignments independently across multiple sites • Identify and recommend energy savings opportunities through system optimization • Maintain professional client relationships and communicate effectively with property management teams • Perform building envelope maintenance, interior/exterior repairs, grounds maintenance, and parking lot systems • Operate and maintain production equipment as it pertains to assigned facilities • Study and maintain proficiency with various building systems, equipment, and emerging technologies • Respond to on-call duties and overtime requirements as business needs dictate
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Universal EPA/CFC certification (required)
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and applications
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions

• Perform internal data and image capture of wind turbine blades using crawler and manual (human-assisted) inspection methods, in accordance with project scope. • Provide field support to subcontractors during internal inspection operations (crawler and manual), ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards. • Perform pre-evaluation/pre-processing of collected material (crawler and manual): verify coverage, focus, lighting, sequence, file integrity, and any required quality parameters. • Validate and corroborate the quality of data/images captured by subcontractors, requesting corrections or recaptures when necessary. • Organize, label, and forward validated material to the analysis team, ensuring traceability (turbine/blade/face, dates, field observations). • Provide detailed, actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams on Zeitview or other OEM technologies. • Define collection strategy for projects based on project requirements. • Plan and assist in the development of operations training and workflows. • Communicate with local stakeholders to determine operational requirements. • Travel to and from remote job sites throughout LATAM.
