Role Description As a Staff Backend Engineer, you'll design and build the core infrastructure powering intelligent decision-making across millions of insurance workflows. Working on the Core Backend team, you'll develop distributed services, scalable data models, APIs, and backend systems that transform fragmented data into explainable AI-driven decisions. This is a high-ownership engineering role for someone who enjoys solving difficult backend challenges, building highly reliable systems, and shipping production software with real business impact.
