Qualifications - 10+ years of experience customizing MessageWay, MWIR, TIBCO, and MOVEit. - 10+ years of MessageWay, MWIR, and MOVEit database architecture. - Strong interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills. - Experience configuring and testing MessageWay, MWIR, MOVEit, and TIBCO applications. - Extensive experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and methodologies. - Design, develop, test, document, package, and deliver scripts. - PowerShell scripting. - Ability to develop and maintain strategic plans that support organizational and project objectives. - Ability to assist customers in designing file transfer solutions that meet business and technical requirements. - Experience in creating and defining FTS reports to meet customer needs as required. Role Description The Technical Enablement Strategist (TES) leads the development of technical education solutions for Global Services (GS), partners, and customers. Responsible for global offerings, the TES deploys engaging, hands-on programs to build technical expertise and consulting skills.
